What are the infertility remedies ?

Low sperm count is one of the reasons for infertility.
As per many references we talk about the natural ways to increase your sperm count and hence the chances of fertility.

Causes of low sperm count include:

- Zinc deficiency
- Excessive smoking and drinking
- Tight underpants
- Overweight
- Exhaustion
- Stress
- Sperm disorders can affect your sperm count, the quality of the sperm and the movement. If sperms are not ejaculated often, their mobility goes haywire. Sperm disorder affects the shape of the sperm too. In terms of ejaculation and infertility, erectile dysfunction, failure to ejaculate or even premature ejaculation can be a problem during sex and also for conceiving.

Normal sperm count:
The normal volume varies from 1.5 to 5.0 milliliter per ejaculation.
The sperm count varies from 20 to 150 million sperm per milliliter.
At least 60% of the sperm should have a normal shape and show normal forward movement (motility).

1) Vitamin B: Sources of Vitamin B: Cheese, eggs, milk, yogurt  fortified cereals, spinach, legumes, whole grains and nuts.

2) Zinc: Sources of zinc: Oysters, sesame and sunflower seeds, ginger, wheat germ, red meat, dark chocolate, watermelon seeds and pumpkin seeds.

3) Selenium: Sources of Selenium: Shellfish, liver, fish, sunflower seeds, crabs, prawns, lobsters, and cereals made from rice, wheat and oats.

Hair Loss Causes and prevention defined


THE REASONS WHY



As per the research findings
Lack of sleep and exercise were common factors among patients below 30 years, say trichologists, who also conclude that patients with a strong family history of baldness experienced premature baldness as early as 18 years of age. Blood samples collected from patients were analyzed to get to the root cause of premature balding and acute hair loss. Researchers have zeroed in on some of the reasons:

* Poor GI (glycemic index) - sub-normal functioning of intestines in more than 50% patients, which is a direct result of water contamination.

* Poor liver, as revealed by a liver function test.

* More than required levels of zinc in the blood which could be attributed to high levels of zinc in groundwater or use of galvanized vessels in cooking and hormonal imbalance.


ZINC LEVELS 
Higher ZINC levels in blood  and intake of water with higher content of metals is another reason for the same.


Do's and Dont's

1. Exercise and hair fall

One of the main reasons for hair fall is stress. Stress produces a hormone called cortisone which causes hair follicles to stop growing and results in thinning of hair. Exercise reduces cortisone levels in the body by increasing blood circulation throughout the body.

Exercise increases a hormone called serotonin, which decreases cortisone level and decreases hair fall.

An increase in blood cholesterol and blood sugar has been documented to increase the dihydrosterone hormone sensitivity of hair follicles, which cause androgenetic or male pattern baldness. Exercise reduces blood cholesterol and blood sugar levels and decreases hair fall.

2.Excessive oil in scalp

Hair follicles contain sebaceous glands which secrete sebum (an oily substance) which keeps the scalp naturally oily. On application of excessive oil, the scalp becomes a nidus for secondary fungal and bacterial infection causing hair fall. Oiling should be restricted to half-an-hour massage in the morning, followed by a wash with a mild shampoo.

3. Seven hours of uninterrupted sleep every day is a must for all age groups.

Dengue: Cure and Prevention


At present, there is no specific treatment. No vaccine is current available. The only method of controlling or preventing Dengue Fever is as follows:



Prevention:

1. Don't allow any mosquito to bite.
2. Keep the surroundings and your home clean.
3. Cleanliness is important.

Cure:
=========
If anybody is suffering from adverse affects of Dengue.
importantly, platelets count reduction which is a worry below 1 Lac and fatal below 50k then please follow the below method to help rising of platelets count.
 
1. Give raw juice of the papaya leaves  2pcs just cleaned and pound and squeeze with filter cloth. You will only get one tablespoon per leaf.. So two tablespoon per serving once a day. Do not boil or cook or rinse with hot water, it will loose its strength. Only the leafy part and no stem or sap. It is very bitter and you have to swallow it like that. But it works.

2. Give Anjeer (Fig).
3. Give juice of lemon, masaumbi(sweet lime), pomegranate to produce immunity as well.
4. Don't allow any mosquito to bite.
5. Bring the Fever down Patients should use Paracetamol and avoid using Aspirin.

Get Rid of Sun Tan...Home Remedies


 


Remove Sun Tan with Home Remedied which are as follows:

1)Aloe Vera gel is an excellent remedy for taking care of dark tans. It will lighten the skin in as little as a week, if applied everyday to the affected area. However, aloe has the property of making your skin photosynthetic and can darken it if you go out in the sun without sunscreen lotion. This makes it important to remember to use sunscreen every time you go out.
 
2)A cream with equal parts of milk powder, lemon juice, honey and almond oil can be applied and left on for 20 minutes. This will help lighten your tan. You can store this for about a week and use it thrice daily for best results.
 
3)Apply a paste made with turmeric powder and lime juice thrice a week. This will lighten the skin color considerably and remove the tan.
 
4)A mixture of lemon juice, rose water and cucumber juice should be applied on the face as a face pack. Lemon juice is citric acid that helps remove the tan and the cucumber and rose water are cooling agents.
 
5)Mixing together some honey and lemon juice and applying it on the affected area can be one of the best anti tan pack mixtures.
 
6)Preparing a paste of some raw milk, turmeric and some lemon juice. This mixture should then be applied on the skin and be allowed to remain till it dries up. Thereafter, it should be washed with some cool water.
 
7)Soak almonds overnight and grind them into a fine paste the next morning. Add equal quantities of milk cream to the paste and apply on the affected area to make the skin fair.
 
8)Apply a paste of oatmeal, yogurt, a few drops of lime and tomato juice. Wash this with cold water after half an hour and see the difference.
 
9)Mash the papaya pulp and massage the sun tanned area. Papaya is excellent for the skin and also helps in anti-aging.
 
10)Combining ash gourd juice with multani mitti and applying it all over the face helps reduce the tan considerably.
 
11)Prepare a mixture of oats and buttermilk. This mixture should be rubbed onto the tanned area as the oats will help in exfoliating the skin and on the other hand the butter milk is known to be extremely soothing for the skin.
 
12)Mixing together some gram flour, lime juice and some curd on the affected area on a regular basis gives best results against tanning.
 
13)Applying some fresh lemon juice and allowing it to remain for at least 15 minutes on the elbows, knees or patchy areas helps remove the tan and making it fair.
 
14)A regular use of fresh coconut water on the hands and face is known to be very effective in getting rid of a tan as well as making the skin supple and soft.
