Dengue: Cure and Prevention


At present, there is no specific treatment. No vaccine is current available. The only method of controlling or preventing Dengue Fever is as follows:



Prevention:
=========
1. Don't allow any mosquito to bite.
2. Keep the surroundings and your home clean.
3. Cleanliness is important.

Cure:
=========
If anybody is suffering from adverse affects of Dengue.
importantly, platelets count reduction which is a worry below 1 Lac and fatal below 50k then please follow the below method to help rising of platelets count.
 
1. Give raw juice of the papaya leaves  2pcs just cleaned and pound and squeeze with filter cloth. You will only get one tablespoon per leaf.. So two tablespoon per serving once a day. Do not boil or cook or rinse with hot water, it will loose its strength. Only the leafy part and no stem or sap. It is very bitter and you have to swallow it like that. But it works.

2. Give Anjeer (Fig).
3. Give juice of lemon, masaumbi(sweet lime), pomegranate to produce immunity as well.
4. Don't allow any mosquito to bite.
5. Bring the Fever down Patients should use Paracetamol and avoid using Aspirin.

Grandma's tips


Not every complication a human body has needs doctor attention  on an urgent basis !

One can just follow the tips our elders gave us and not exhibit mindful ignorance to sort out the complications straightaway.

 Let us have quick look on few of those.

Diabetes :

         Have grape fruit three times a day on a a tablespoon of amla juice mixed with a cup of karela juice or eat 10 fresh curry leaves. Eat lettuce, tomato & fruits. Don’t eat too much of carrots, peas, beans, sweet potato, beetroot, bananas, dry fruits, mango & raisins. 

 Insomnia : 

         Eat plenty of curd or drink a glass of water with two teaspoons of honey.  

Jaundice :  

         Mash a ripe banana along with one tablespoon of honey & eat it twice a day, or take half teaspoon of ginger juice with one teaspoon of fresh lime & mint. The juice of bel fruit is also good for the liver.  

Joint Pains : 

        Squeeze half a lemon in one glass of hot water & drink it 8 to 10 times a day. Having lemon juice gives your body Vitamin C that is valuable. Massage your joints with neem oil.  

Blood Pressure : 

        Swallow two flakes of garlic daily. High-Blood pressure can be cured by daily intake of 1/4 teaspoon of pepper powder mixed with 1/4 cup curd on an empty stomach.  

High Cholesterol & Heart diseases : 

        Grind dried amlas to a fine powder. Mix an equal weight of sugar candy (mishri) & store in glass bottle. Have one teaspoon every morning with glass of water on an empty stomach.

Dengue :

        Papaya comes to rescue for any complication due to dengue. papaya leaves can be crushed and its juice can be consumed at regular intervals. This will maintain the platelet count in blood and help in stable body functions . The papaya fruits along with other citrus will definitely add on top of it.
